How to refresh an existing e-signature request. This can be helpful if an E-Signature Request is sent out and the client or next signer does not receive an email prompting them to sign. This will re-send the contract to any party that has not yet signed without having to resend the contract to someone who has already signed.
Navigate to the Management Tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard and click on E-Signatures.
Select the drop-down arrow in line with the document for which you would like to refresh the request.
Select Refresh Request.
This will re-trigger the next step in the e-signature request.
NOTE: Always have the next required signer in the e-signature process check their Spam folder first if they seem to be missing an email to sign.
