Refresh An E-Signature Request

How to refresh an existing e-signature request. This can be helpful if an E-Signature Request is sent out and the client or next signer does not receive an email prompting them to sign. This will re-send the contract to any party that has not yet signed without having to resend the contract to someone who has already signed.

  • Navigate to the Management Tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard and click on E-Signatures.

  • Select the drop-down arrow in line with the document for which you would like to refresh the request.

  • Select Refresh Request.

  • This will re-trigger the next step in the e-signature request.

  • NOTE: Always have the next required signer in the e-signature process check their Spam folder first if they seem to be missing an email to sign.
