Open Cases Report
Easily search through firm-wide cases to direct a call to the appropriate worker or attorney, add notes to the appropriate file, or find out who is working on a case. Learn more about the Open Cases Report.
Mail Center Uploads
Support your team by uploading firm-wide mail into the mail center and assign it directly to a case for review. The case worker will then be able to review the relevant mail for their case. Learn more about uploading mail to the Mail Center.
Notes
