CASEpeer is equipped with numerous functions to help support your team and better assist with inquiries. Below is a list of features that will help you in a supportive role. Keep in mind that some of these features are permission-based. Reach out to your firm administrator for access.

Open Cases Report

  • Easily search through firm-wide cases to direct a call to the appropriate worker or attorney, add notes to the appropriate file, or find out who is working on a case. Learn more about the Open Cases Report.

Mail Center Uploads

  • Support your team by uploading firm-wide mail into the mail center and assign it directly to a case for review. The case worker will then be able to review the relevant mail for their case. Learn more about uploading mail to the Mail Center.

Notes

  • Keep case workers and attorneys informed by adding notes to clients' files when they call in. Direct a worker to the note to ensure nothing is overlooked. Learn more about Notes.

Calendar

  • Stay informed about firm-wide events and staff availability with CASEpeer's calendar. Learn more about the calendar.
