Important terms for understanding the Statute Tab.

Pending Statute - will show the most pressing case statute. If there is a public entity defendant and a private party defendant, it will display the public entity deadline. This date will appear even when all of the statutes have been protected or waived.

Days Remaining - shows the number of days remaining until the deadline to file the case.

Accident State - pulls the state of the Incident Address from the Incident Tab.

Under each defendant on the Statute Tab, it will show when the case needs to be filed. If the statute is protected for the defendant, under the defendant’s name it will read Statute Protected.
