How to permanently delete a document and or a folder and all its contents from the Document Tab using CASEpeer's native document storage.
NOTE: Only firm administrators or users with the permission User is Allowed to Delete Documents can delete documents.
Navigate to the Documents Tab of a case.
Using multi-select, check the documents and or folders to be deleted.
Select Delete.
A pop-up window will appear with the names of the documents that will be deleted.
Confirm your selection by clicking Delete.
The documents will be permanently deleted.
