How to search through case notes for specific information.
From any tab of the case
Navigate to the Case Notes Section on the right-hand side of the screen. If you are using a smaller screen, the notes may be at the bottom of the page.
Type the desired information in the search bar at the top of the notes.
The notes will auto-filter based on the details typed.
From the Notes Tab
Navigate to the Notes Tab of a case.
Search through notes using the search bar and filters at the top of the page.
Notes with matching content will automatically filter.
From the Notes Report
Navigate to the Notes Report.
Search through notes using the search bar and filters at the top of the page.
Notes with matching content will automatically filter.
