How turn on time tracking in Account Settings.

  • NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the administration settings page access advanced permission.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

  • Click on the Settings header.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Click the Time Tracking toggle to on.

  • Click Save.

  • The ability to track time will now be active on cases and notes.
