How to remove a demand from the Settlement Tab.
Navigate to the Settlement Tab of a case.
Find the Settlement Proceeds section under Negotiations
Locate the demand that needs to be removed.
Click on the arrow at the end of the demand row.
Click Delete.
The demand will be removed from the case.
NOTE: If an offer has already been accepted and a check deposited, you will need to delete the deposited check from the Client Trust first. Then unaccept the offer from Settlement Negotiations, delete the offer, then delete the demand.
