How to remove a health insurance contact from a case.
- Go to the Health Insurance Tab in the open case. 
- Find the health insurance information you want to delete. 
- Click the arrow at the end of the desired health insurance row and select Delete from the drop-down menu. 
- A pop-up window with a warning will appear. 
- Click Delete. 
- The deleted insurance will no longer be visible. 
- NOTE: The contact itself is not being deleted, only the contact from the case.
