How to remove a health insurance contact from a case.
Go to the Health Insurance Tab in the open case.
Find the health insurance information you want to delete.
Click the arrow at the end of the desired health insurance row and select Delete from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window with a warning will appear.
Click Delete.
The deleted insurance will no longer be visible.
NOTE: The contact itself is not being deleted, only the contact from the case.
