Navigate to the Photos Tab of the case.

Click the 'List View' option.

Click the check box icon to select all photos and de-select any photos necessary.

Once the desired photos are selected, click the three dots to the right of the check box icon.

Select Download.

A pop-up window will appear.

Select Save.
