How to delete a photo from a case.
Note: You must have the permission, 'User can delete photos.'
Go to the Photos Tab in the open case.
Select the 3 dots on the photo
Choose Delete from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window with a warning will appear.
Click Delete.
The photo will be permanently deleted.
