Update the status of any DMV forms that were sent out as received, requested, sent, or not available.
The DMV Forms section will only appear in the Incident Tab of a case with an Auto Accident case type.
Navigate to the Incident Tab.
Scroll down to the DMV Forms section.
Click on the dropdown menu in the DMV forms section.
Select Edit.
The Edit DMV Forms pop-up window will appear.
Use the dropdown under the corresponding forms to select a status.
Click Save once the changes have been made.
The form statuses will now be reflected in the DMV Forms section.
