Get an idea of how any particular adjuster has generally handled past cases.

Go to the Defendants Tab in the open case. If there are multiple defendants on the case, select the defendant you would like to update.

Scroll to the insurance you’re looking for.

Click on the arrow at the end of the “adjusters” row under the associated insurance.

Click the corresponding adjuster history you are looking for. For example, choose “injury adjuster history” for the bodily injury adjuster.

When you are finished, click the “x” in the top right corner to close the popup.
