The Template Context specifies which contact the Keywords in a Template are related to and dictates which small Envelope Icon the letter can be generated from. For example, if a Template is uploaded under the Client Adjuster context, the Keywords in the letter may refer to the client, the client's insurance adjuster, or other information that can be traced back to the client adjuster. In this example, the uploaded template letter would appear in the Client Tab of the case in the Client Insurance Adjuster Section.
