Generate Template Letters with OneDrive

Throughout the case, there are envelopes next to contacts such as the client, adjusters, and health providers. These are menus for auto-generating template letters from CASEpeer.

  • Click the envelope to unfold the drop-down menu.

  • If you click the envelope but see no options, there are no corresponding template letters uploaded for that contact.

  • Click on the title of the document you want to generate.

  • The generated letter will autosave to the case's connected OneDrive folder and open in Word. Send out the letter through your preferred method.

  • NOTE: If the letter is not an option, talk to your firm administrators. New templates can be uploaded under Template Management. Permissions for this page are managed by your firm administrator.
