Throughout the case, there are envelopes next to contacts such as the client, adjusters, and health providers. These are menus for auto-generating template letters from CASEpeer.
Click the envelope to unfold the drop-down menu.
If you click the envelope but see no options, there are no corresponding template letters uploaded for that contact.
Click on the title of the document you want to generate.
The generated letter will autosave to the case's connected OneDrive folder and open in Word. Send out the letter through your preferred method.
NOTE: If the letter is not an option, talk to your firm administrators. New templates can be uploaded under Template Management. Permissions for this page are managed by your firm administrator.
