How to make changes to a case worker's permissions, email, username, gender, timezone and other contant information.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account.Select Users.
Find the user you want to edit by using the search box or scrolling.
Click on the arrow at the end of the user row.
Select Edit User.
A pop-up window will appear.
Make the desired changes.
Click Save.
