How to restrict where a user can access CASEpeer from.

  • NOTE: This can only be done by a Firm Administrator or someone with the permission Administration Settings Page Access

  • Navigate to the

Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

  • Locate the allowed IP addresses box and input any IP addresses that are allowed by your firm. Separate each address with a comma or semicolon.

  • Click Save.

  • If a user tries to work from an IP address not found in your Account Settings, they will not be able to log in. They will get a 403 error or a CASEpeer Forbidden error letting them know they need to reach out to an administrator of the account.

  • NOTE: The IP restriction does not affect Firm Administrators.
