How to restrict where a user can access CASEpeer from.
NOTE: This can only be done by a Firm Administrator or someone with the permission Administration Settings Page Access
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
Click the dropdown arrow in line with the settings bar, and click Edit.
Locate the allowed IP addresses box and input any IP addresses that are allowed by your firm. Separate each address with a comma or semicolon.
Click Save.
If a user tries to work from an IP address not found in your Account Settings, they will not be able to log in. They will get a 403 error or a CASEpeer Forbidden error letting them know they need to reach out to an administrator of the account.
NOTE: The IP restriction does not affect Firm Administrators.
