How to set which users receive messages when a check is requested, this would typically be an accountant or whom ever is responsible for cutting case expense checks.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
Click on the Settings header.
A pop-up window will appear.
Select the caseworker(s) you would like to receive cost notifications from the dropdown menu.
Click Save.
Your changes will be visible under Settings.
