When activating a feature or updating a default worker under Account Settings, a firm may get the message Select a valid choice. (number) is not one of the available choices. The error is attributed to the selection of an inactive user within one of the listed areas in the pop-up window.
Remove the inactive user from both the Notifications Sections and the Default Workers.
To identify the deactivated worker, paste the error number into the following URL: https://my.casepeer.com/administration/edit-user/XXXXX/
Once the inactive user has been removed, select Save.
Update the desired settings.
If you are receiving the error "Select a valid choice. That choice is not one of the available choices" this may mean a default worker does not have the appropriate menu filters.
Scroll down to Default Workers.
For each worker assigned to a role, please double-check their menu filters in User Settings.
