Why am I Receiving a Select a Valid Choice Error?

When activating a feature or updating a default worker under Account Settings, a firm may get the message Select a valid choice. (number) is not one of the available choices. The error is attributed to the selection of an inactive user within one of the listed areas in the pop-up window.

  • Once the inactive user has been removed, select Save.

  • Update the desired settings.

If you are receiving the error "Select a valid choice. That choice is not one of the available choices" this may mean a default worker does not have the appropriate menu filters.

  • Scroll down to Default Workers.
