Updated over 2 weeks ago

Overview

CasePeer Advanced now offers powerful integration options through our Data Sync and Partner APIs. These tools allow your firm to extend the functionality of CasePeer and gain deeper insights into your data.

πŸ“Š Data Sync API (Read-Only)

The Data Sync API allows you to pull information directly from CasePeer for advanced reporting and data visualization.

  • Capabilities: Read-only access to your firm's data.

  • Common Uses: Building custom dashboards and reports in external programs like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.

  • Implementation: View the Data Sync API Implementation Guide for technical instructions.

🀝 Partner API (Read/Write)

The Partner API enables your firm to create and update specific resources within CasePeer, allowing for more interactive integrations.

  • Capabilities: Create and update resources (Note: current endpoints are limited).

  • Future Growth: We are continually expanding our available endpoints. You can submit requests for additional endpoints to our engineering team via email.

  • Implementation: View the Partner API Implementation Guide for current endpoints and setup instructions.

πŸ› οΈ Implementation Support

Please note that CasePeer does not provide direct support for API implementations. To successfully integrate either API, your firm will need to:

  1. Hire a Developer: Work with a third-party developer to manage the technical setup.

  2. Request Access: Provide the required application details (listed below) to our support channel.

πŸ“ How to Request Partner API Access

To have our engineers set up your application and provide your Client ID and Client Secret, please submit the following details:

  • Name: The name of the application (this can be your firm's name).

  • Redirect URL: The specific URL where our system should send the authorization code.

  • App Logo: A logo file for the application you are integrating.

Need a specific endpoint? We value your feedback. Feel free to email a list of requested endpoints to our product and engineering teams for consideration.
