CP What Exports can CASEpeer provide?

CASEpeer offers 2 different types of exports. Here's how to initiate data exports.

We understand that the ability to export your data is important. To provide you with flexibility, we're offering two data export options:

  1. CSV Export (for data engineers): This option allows you to export your case data in a series of CSV files, easily importable into another system using data engineering tools. The fee for this service will be $1,000.

  2. Complete Case Export (including documents): This option provides a comprehensive export of all your case data, including documents, photos, recordings, and case CSVs. The fee for this service will be $2,500.

Free Case-by-Case Download Option
As always, you can continue to download documents on a case-by-case basis for free. This option is ideal for smaller exports or specific files you need.

The first export is a Data Export that can be emailed to the user. This export will email a zip file link to the firm admin. This process can be done using the CP Firm Page.

The second export is a full export of the firm's documents, photos and recordings. This export takes 4-6 weeks and requires a Zendesk ticket to the development team. To create the ticket use the macro 'Internal Full Documents, Photos, Recordings Export' and tag the Product/Development team on Slack with a link to the ticket.

If a case does not have photos, documents or recordings, there will not be a folder. If a case only had documents and photos, there will only be two folders in the main folder.
