How to search all notes of existing cases. Searching the notes of all cases can be very helpful if you're looking for specific details, such as a drunk driver or a fractured femur, and you need to find the case or cases associated with those terms. Note search can also be useful if your firm does mass torts and you'd like to see if any of your pre-existing cases are applicable.
Navigate to the magnifying glass of the search bar.
Select Note from the dropdown that defaults to Client Name.
Search the exact word or short phrase you're looking for.
Click Update.
The cases that contain the word or phrase will be listed below.
