Videos can be texted into 8am CasePeer and will automatically be saved in the Recordings Tab of a case.
Navigate to the Recordings Tab.
Select the Download File to download the file to view.
Videos can also be downloaded and viewed in the Text Message history.
Navigate to the text messaging history.
Select the hyperlink to download the video.
Note: To guarantee full resolution, we recommend having the client email the video.
