The general BCC, bcc@bcc.casepeer.com, is a great tool to use when you are on the go! When you have received or sent out an email and you do not know your case's case-specific BCC email, you can easily send the email to your Mail Review Center for future review.
To do this, attach the general BCC email to your email, and it will be sent over to your Mail Review Center in the Email Tab. This allows you to assign it to the correct case when you have CASEpeer open in front of you. If it is an incoming email, you can forward it to bcc@bcc.casepeer.com. If it is an outgoing email, you can add bcc@bcc.casepeer.com in the BCC field.
NOTE: You must be sending this email with the email that is attached to your CASEpeer account. Any attachments to the email will not be saved to the Mail Review Center. A good habit to practice would be to double-check all emails sent to the Mail Review Center and see if there were any attachments that need to be uploaded into the case.
