Why is My E-Signature Template Appearing as a Blank Screen When I Try To Edit?

When a new e-signature template is saved to CASEpeer, at least one merge field must be added and saved the first time a user selects the Edit Template option. If a user closes out of the pop-up window without adding a merge field, the template is not created within Dropbox Sign and will appear as a blank screen each time you attempt to edit the template. The template will need to be deleted and re-uploaded to CASEpeer in order to properly edit the template.
