How to view or preview the documents that have been uploaded to the case.

Navigate to the Documents Tab of the case.

Click the OneDrive section of the Documents Tab.

Find the document you wish to view.

Click on the document name or on the grey dropdown arrow in line with the document and select View.

A pop-up window with the document preview will appear.

When you are finished viewing, click the X in the right corner of the pop-up window.
