How to add a Third Party MedPay request to the Settlement Tab.

Navigate to the Settlement Tab of a case.

In the Negotiations section, scroll to the MedPay/PIP Proceeds section.

Click on the dropdown arrow at the end of the MedPay/PIP Proceeds row.

Select Third Party Medpay from the dropdown menu.

A pop-up window will appear.

Add the MedPay request information. If the insurance you want in the defendant insurance dropdown, make sure it has been added on the Defendant Tab. Here's how to Add Defendant Insurance.

Click Save.

The new MedPay request will be visible under MedPay/PIP Proceeds.
