How to accept an offer from an insurance company.
Navigate to the Settlement Tab in the open case.
Scroll down to the Settlement Proceeds section.
Locate the offer you want to accept.
Click on the arrow at the end of the offer row.
Select Accept from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will appear.
Select the status, case stage and a note.
Click Save.
The offer will now be marked as accepted on the current date. You will no longer be able to add new offers to the demand. If a check comes in for the demand, it can now be deposited into 8am CasePeer.
