Navigate to the Attorney Liens Tab in the open case.

Find the lien you want to delete.

Click on the dropdown arrow at the end of the desired lien row.

Select Delete.

A Delete This Attorney Lien pop-up window will appear.

Click Delete.

The lien will no longer be visible on the tab.
