How to request the cost/check required to obtain a police report.
Navigate to the Incident Tab.
Click on the dropdown arrow aligned with the Incident Report Section and select Cost Request.
If you the Cost Request option does not appear in the drop-down of the police report section, please make sure you have a policy agency selected.
A pop-up window will appear pre-populated with the police agency’s mailing address.
Enter the Cost Amount and Memo.
Click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window.
The cost request will be sent to accounting management for payment. It will also be added to the Costs Tab of the case.
