How to create Teams in your CASEpeer account.
NOTE: Make sure Teams is activated in your account first.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Teams from the drop-down menu.
Click Add Team.
A pop-up window will appear.
Enter the team name.
Click Save.
The team will show up in the Team drop-down menu in the Edit Assignments pop-up in any case.
