What is a Template?

Templates or Template Letters are documents with merge fields called Keywords that help you save time by eliminating the need to copy and paste case-related content such as the client's name, address or date of injury. Templates can be created for simple documents such as Client Welcome Letters or more complex documents such as Case Captions and Demands. Templates only need to be uploaded once under an appropriate Context to the Template Management Upload Page and can be generated from the relevant tab in any case.
