Quickly assign or remove permissions for multiple users at the same time. This can be helpful for managing the permissions of users in the same worker roles.
Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.
Select the Checkbox to the left of each user for whom you'd like to mass assign or remove permissions.
Select the Checkmark above the user list and a pop-up window will appear.
Select Assign Permissions or Remove Permissions.
Selecting Assign Permissions will open a new window allowing the Firm Administrator to assign the same permissions for all selected users.
Selecting Remove Permissions will open a new window allowing the Firm Administrator to remove the same permissions from all selected users.
Select Assign in the bottom right portion of the window.
