Mass Assign or Remove Permissions
Updated over a week ago

Quickly assign or remove permissions for multiple users at the same time. This can be helpful for managing the permissions of users in the same worker roles.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.

  • Select the Checkbox to the left of each user for whom you'd like to mass assign or remove permissions.

  • Select the Checkmark above the user list and a pop-up window will appear.

  • Select Assign Permissions or Remove Permissions.

  • Selecting Assign Permissions will open a new window allowing the Firm Administrator to assign the same permissions for all selected users.

  • Selecting Remove Permissions will open a new window allowing the Firm Administrator to remove the same permissions from all selected users.

  • Select Assign in the bottom right portion of the window.
