How to permanently remove a message from your inbox.

Navigate to the envelope icon.

Select Inbox from the dropdown menu.

You will see three small dots in either the message preview or the opened message.

Click on the three small dots, and a menu will appear.

Select Delete Message.

Your deleted messages can be found in Deleted Messages for 30 days.
