How to view contact history for an adjuster, attorney, expert witness, health insurance, plaintiff insurance, defendant insurance, judge, and law firm contacts.
Navigate to the Contact Directory, located under the Management Tab under the Home Icon on the left-hand side of your account.
Filter the report by the type of contact.
Navigate to the drop-down arrow in line with that contact and select View History.
From here, you will see a list of all the cases that contact has been saved to in CASEpeer.
Contact History can also be viewed on a case with the contact.
